This is my first audio story I produced for my Journalism 475 class. It's about the commercial wind forum held in Colfax on Sept. 16. Tonight the Whitman County Planners met again and passed the ordinance debated on Sept. 16 unanimously. It will now go to County Commissioners for final deliberation.
The ordinance could bring millions of dollars through commercial wind farm development to the Palouse.
