Guns, dogs and turkey

Me, the SO and the rents went to Montana to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family friends Don and Jan Manning. He's a retired gunsmith and she's a retired dog trainer.

So needless to say we got to play with dogs and guns all week. See?

That's a 125-year-old Colt .44 six shooter. And yes, it does make you feel badass.

That's a WWII-era 30 cal. machine gun. I love this place.

Me and my boo.

Yep. This is happening. That is a NRA silverware set.

Here's the turkey. We had two. I had the hugest wings evar!

Brussel sprouts are gross and european but not when you add some good 'ole fashioned American BACON to 'em!

Pourin' water ... I'm young so I got the gopher duties.

And here's my dog eagerly awaiting the next chance to chase something into the river.

I'll post more pics later.
