This guy really had to pee. Then decided that he'd like to feel what it's like to be tased.
I blurred the dude's name because frankly there are so many of these funny records that if I posted people's names I'd probably get jumped the next time I go out.
Plus I'm not trying to ruin anyone's reputation ... I just want to laugh at the shenanigans.
