At the beginning of the semester The Huffington Post contacted me and said they were starting a new college section in their online newspaper. They asked if The Daily Evergreen would be interested in participating.With over 30 million readers a month I said absolutely. The deal is college papers produce content, the Huff Po picks the best of the day's stories and runs them on their site, linking to back to the papers.
Today they launched the site and one of our stories was featured. It was only a little sidebar brief that @rikkiking wrote about a hurt Grizzly bear WSU VetMed fixed up but still!
I was kinda proud to have something that was my decision give the paper, and WSU, national attention.
