This sweet chalk drawing says "21 years buba" and really small between the "Y" and the "E" there's an RIP to some guy name Bob real small.
Someone wanted to reminds campus that it's 21 years later and yes, Buba/Bob is still dead.

Actually...you can't really see it but in between the Y and E in years it says "R.I.P. Bob". ;)
