Word on the street is that when Oprah craves fried chicken, she has Ezell's from Seattle flown in specially. After trying it for the first time yesterday I can see why.It's deep fried, crispy and glorious. The meat is plump and juicy on the inside and the outside is crispy and delicious. It will make you believe in God.
I've got a new must-stop-at place in Seattle. I'm just glad there's not an Ezell's in Pullman because I would be dead of a heart attack before I hit 25.
