POLICE REPORT: Let's get drunk then run in traffic. Weeping.

I don't know what this guy's deal is but he's one emotional puppy that's fo' sho. He's drunk and walking in traffic in front of his old frat so some guys grab him and hold him down.

But that just pisses him off. By the time the cops get there he's so worked up the paramedics end up sedating him just to stop him from "crying and making groaning noises."

Ah, the plight of the emo-drunk ...
